GoldDigger's highly acclaimed girls course " I'm The Girl I Want to Be" has been booked up in venues all across Sheffield, by schools, youth organisations and by Sheffield City Council and it is based out of this that GoldDigger are offering the following packages to schools.
GoldDigger RoadShow - Full Day
GoldDigger are currently touring their self esteem roadshow in South Yorkshire schools. This is a full day event which works perfectly as part of a PSHE or other off-timetable day and can involve as many different year groups as a school wishes. Using assemblies, stage-led sessions and workshops. GoldDigger will take pupils on a journey to look at this huge issue and help students identify why they sometimes may suffer from low self-esteem and how they can overcome it and rediscover their own personal value. GoldDigger Roadshow - Single Session
GoldDigger can visit your school solely to teach the stage-led session that forms part of the Full Day Roadshow. Tying together performance and teaching in these up front sesions to produce an interactive, relevant session with a strong message. These are delivered to whole year groups at a time and are really strong as stand alone sessions. Students are given chance to hear from other people's experiences and are involved in group activities that encourage them to think about their own viewpoint. I'm The Girl I Want to Be - 8 week girls course
"I'm The Girl I Want to Be" is an eight session long girls course, which explores issues such as self-esteem, media pressure, sex, relationships, and individuality in a relaxed and informal environment which encourages open and honest discussion; something which is not always possible in a classroom.
